A suggestion for another Department:
Presentation Performance ... This is a department manned by people who have no knowledge or skill outside of being able to put together really pretty PowerPoint Presentations. They have no content in the presentation, but nobody really cares because they are hypnotized at the gracefully moving pictures, graphics and fonts. (Every consultant company I've every seen does this, so I figure somebody must be in charge of this, right?)
